Karol Urban
Karol is a lover of sound. Karol has worked within many aspects of the audio industry before she discovered audio post-production and found her home. Karol has spent over a decade as a Re-recording Mixer, FX Editor, Dialog Editor, and Sound Designer for independent producers and directors, political campaigns, corporations, government agencies, and networks. If you are a fan of Comedy Central, ESPN, HBO, PBS, National Geographic, CMT, MTV, FX, AFI, or any of the Discovery Channels including The Discovery Channel, HDTheater, Animal Planet, TLC, 3Net, TLC, Discovery Fit & Health, Investigation Discovery, Military Channel, Planet Green, or Science Channel you have undoubtedly heard her work.
Karol holds a BS from James Madison University in Audio Post Production, speaks Spanish fluently, and is a part-time Spin Instructor. In her down time, Karol enjoys chatting at Spanish conversation groups, watching a good sci-fi flick, museum going, attending cultural events, and listening to movie scores while reading a good book.
