The core of Steve's passion for audio post production lies in sound design. The ability to breathe life into the lifeless, give weight to the weightless. It doesn't hurt that he gets to satisfy his inner techno-geek by playing with expensive toys overflowing with blinking lights, twisty knobs and silky smooth faders that allow him to do anything between carress and mangle an audio signal. Always a listener, Steve's life path twisted through musical performance, theater sound, audio technical managing, and music engineering before he found audio post-production and sound design for television and film.

With over a decade of experience under his belt, Steve has provided audio editing, mixing and sound design services for countless hours of media for advertising agencies, production companies, corporations and cable networks. National Geographic, PBS, ESPN, and Discovery Networks are some of the more recognizable places where you might hear his work. But he also cherishes his experiences on independent films, series pilots and web episodics that you may not have heard about.

When not hovering over a mixing desk, Steve tries to decompress with weight training and a good run. He still picks at his guitar, dabbles in graphic design, enjoys reading up on architecture and gets sucked into the couch whenever home improvement shows flicker on the TV screen.
